6100 ‐ Roads, Unsurfaced, Place pavement on service road, RED, JOC TO

Place pavement for existing service road that connects the Public Works Department to the J Road entrance. Replace subgrade or replace to intact intermediate base or subbase layer. Roadway will maintain a uniform width with a 20% increase on turns of pavement to accommodate turn radius of vehicles. Approximate area of paved asphalt area is 2,345 square meters (25,241 square feet). Mission Impact: Service road behind the PWD and SCF buildings needs to be paved in order to maintain drivability and access to the utilities.
